Even though the New England Patriots‘ relationship with some members of the NFL – some within the league office and competition committee – has seen better days, the franchise is still very close to the league’s video production company NFL Films. The Do Your Job Part 2 documentary, for example, is one of the latest collaborations between the two organizations.
Now, NFL Films has been granted exclusive access once again as two clips recently released via the company’s YouTube channel show.
NFL Films presents: Katie Nolan Gives an Inside Look Into the Patriots Super Bowl 51 Ring Ceremony
The first of the two videos takes us back to early June, when the team received its Super Bowl rings. NFL Films reporter and Patriots fan Katie Nolan was at the ceremony to provide a look at the event. It starts with the players’ arrivals at team owner Robert Kraft’s home in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts – including those who have left the team this offseason.
The clip then proceeds to show the moment the rings are presented to the players as well as their reactions to the biggest Super Bowl rings ever made and scenes from the after show party featuring Snoop Dogg and Tracy Morgan. Finally, Nolan talks to some of the players as well as team owner Robert Kraft. All in all, seven minutes well spent. To watch the video, click here.
