Cleveland Browns rookie QB DeShone Kizer leaves with migraine – Cleveland Browns News

BALTIMORE — Rookie quarterback DeShone Kizer left the Cleveland Browns‘ game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in the second quarter with a migraine headache.

Kevin Hogan replaced him and guided a touchdown drive on his first possession — the first points scored against Baltimore’s defense this season.

On his second play, Hogan threw a 49-yard completion to Seth DeValve. The drive ended with a 23-yard TD throw to rookie David Njoku.

Kizer completed 6-of-11 for 81 yards, but he had an interception (on a throw off Duke Johnson’s hand) and a fumble lost on a sack.

Officially, Kizer was listed as questionable to return.
