Saints rookies Marshon Lattimore, Trey Hendrickson continue to miss practice – New Orleans Saints News

The New Orleans Saints were without 10 players Saturday, which marked the 13th day of training camp practice.

Rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore, the 11th overall pick of the NFL Draft, did not practice with the team for a seventh consecutive session since tweaking his knee on Day 5 of training camp.

Rookie defensive end Trey Hendrickson, the Saints’ third-round pick, was not present on the practice field for a sixth consecutive session for undisclosed reasons.

Lattimore and Hendrickson also didn’t play in the preseason opener.

Other players not working out Saturday were linebacker Stephone Anthony, wide receiver Travin Dural, wide receiver Jake Lampman, center Josh LeRibeus, cornerback Delvin Breaux, rookie cornerback Arthur Maulet, running back Travaris Cadet and tight end Clay Harbor.

Lattimore, Maulet and Cadet were on the field observing the practice off to the side and working with a trainer.

Cornerbacks Ken Crawley and De’Vante Harris continue to draw repetitions in place of Lattimore and Breaux.

With LeRibeus missing a second consecutive day of work, Senio Kelemete drew first-team repetitions at center.

Meanwhile, running back Daniel Lasco was on the practice field wearing a red no-contact jersey.
