CLEVELAND, Ohio – With the release of Madden NFL 18 due in August, the game’s much anticipated player ratings have been trickling out over the past week.
Don’t expect the Cleveland Browns to have much to be proud of when it comes to Madden (They were the lowest rated team last year). But they do have this year’s highest rated rookie.
Defensive end Myles Garrett comes in with a rating of 83, which puts him at the top of the list of first-round picks in the most recent NFL Draft.
Garrett, who was drafted No.1 overall, was followed closely on Madden by Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard, who came in with an 82.
New York Jets safety Jamal Adams rated an 81. As did running backs Christian McCaffrey and Leonard Fournette. The Browns other first-round pick, safety Jabrill Peppers, scored a 76.
