Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott, already facing a potential NFL suspension for a domestic violence allegation that’s currently under investigation by the league, was involved in an altercation at a Dallas bar on Sunday night, according to reports by multiple media outlets, including ESPN and Dallas’ 105.3 FM The Fan.
A Dallas Police spokesperson told USA TODAY Sports that no arrests or police reports have been filed involving Elliott, but that an investigation at Clutch Bar, the reported location of the altercation, is “ongoing.”
According to a statement by the Dallas Police Department regarding that investigation, officers were dispatched to the Dallas restaurant for a disturbance that involved a 30-year-old male victim who stated he had been physically assaulted but was unaware who assaulted him. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries. No one was listed as a suspect in the report. The only other incident at the same location included an arrest of a 36-year-old male for public intoxication.
The alleged victim suffered a broken nose, according to online police records.
