Phillip Rivers had to love the Chargers’ approach when they took the Clemson receiver with pick No.7. After going down with a season-ending injury in Week 1 of the 2015 season, Williams responded in a big way with 1,361 yards on 98 receptions and 11 touchdowns last year, which should earn some extra points considering the host of pass catchers that Deshaun Watson had to spread the ball around to.
