Veteran Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph learned a long time ago about the value of preserving and strengthening his body to hold up under the rigors of the NFL, one of the most physically demanding pro sports.
As the oldest starter on the Texans’ defense and a two-time Pro Bowl selection, Joseph, 33, counts heavily on extra preparation to remain a vital part of the league’s top-ranked unit.
