After a historic rookie campaign in which he took the sports world by storm, can Dak Prescott become even better going forward? One NFL writer from a panel of ESPN experts says he’ll “go out on a limb” and say Prescott could be the best signal caller in the NFL in the future.
But senior writer Mike Sando went off on his own by choosing Cowboys QB Dak Prescott.
“I’ll go out on a limb and say it could be Dak Prescott,” Sando said. “It’s too early to anoint him but not too early to think about the possibilities based on his impressive rookie season.”
The Prescott nod wasn’t the only big prediction on the list involving the Cowboys offense. NFL insider Dan Graziano also pegged Dallas as the team who will have the most sustained success on offense over the next five seasons.
“Why not Dallas? No one has a stronger combination of great young offensive line, mega-stud running back and ultrapromising young quarterback,” said Graziano.
If the Cowboys want to hoist the Lombardi Trophy for the sixth time in the franchise’s rich history, Davison writes that the ‘Boys will go as far as Dak takes them.
