CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns wrapped up the off-season with the end of minicamp Thursday. Coach Hue Jackson said he feels the team is better this year than last and is headed in the right direction.
There are positive signs of improvement everywhere like on the offensive line with the addition of guard Kevin Zeitler, center JC Tretter and the return of guard Joel Bitonio.
Improvements on defense included adding two first-round picks in addition to getting Desmond Bryant and Nate Orchard back from injury.
Even the quarterbacks have looked stronger than expected with the competition between Cody Kessler, Brock Osweiler and DeShone Kizer expected to continue during training camp.
Of course, we won’t know for sure how good the Browns are going to be this year until the Pittsburgh Steelers come to town on September 10th.
